For the signed company declaration, put the following statement on your company letterhead, add the authorised person's name, position, date and signature, and your company stamp if used:
I confirm that the information provided is accurate, correct and complete, that the submitted documents are genuine, and that I am authorised to represent this company. I will inform Miyuko in writing of changes and update the information when requested.
Do not upload an ID card or passport here. Identity verification is arranged separately after preliminary company review.
